This photo was taken moments after the building collapse in the main street of Villa Hidalgo at around 9 30 am, local time, the entire top story of a 3 story building collapsed onto the street cascading over the concrete parapet I was sheltering under, the X marks the spot where I was filming when the collapse happened and the white object in the bottom left of frame is the front of the car, minutes earlier the car had been parked right where the rubble is, I decided to move it to under what looked like a safer balcony !
